I went to a customer service conference in Miami Beach last week (ooh...sunshine and warmth from the sky). Quite a few companies were there to speak as case studies so the rest of us could learn what they do to earn top honors in customer service. Chick-Fil-A was there and showed this video of a comedian singing a song about them. Go to youtube. Chick-Fil-A, Southwest and jetBlue have the most unsolicited videos made by employees and customers than any other company out there. Anyway, I really liked the comedian, so here are a few of his videos. If you like him, go to youtube and search for Tim Hawkins and see what you find.
