After the bedroom turned out so wonderfully, we looked at our bathroom and thought to ourselves, "We really are living here longer than we thought we would. Guess it's about time we decorate or something."
Our bathroom is long and narrow, and although the ceiling is the same height as the rest of the condo, the length of the room just makes the ceiling seem taller than it really is. Our bathroom started out as a long beige wall, white baseboards, silver faucets, and a white shower and white tile counter tops. We wanted to bring in an ocean feel, and had to choose just the right color of blue to make it work. Kyle also had the idea to put up wainscoting on the lower half of the wall to break up the solid blue color, as well as adding a chair rail across the top to finish it off. I think it turned out great and now love our new bathroom. Check it out.
